The Vula Medical Website (this website) is owned and operated by Vula Medical (Pty) Ltd and provides information relating to the company itself, our service providers, the Vula Platform and services we offer to Healthcare Workers, Departments, Practices and Facilities, as well as information about our Mobile Apps available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The Website also provides the contact forms for Healthcare Workers, Departments and Facilities to make contact in order to engage with us to discuss the provision of our Platform and services to them, and the contact form for third parties interested in partnering with or investing in us to make contact as well (Submissions).

For Legal, Privacy and Security reasons, Healthcare Workers must not upload or share patient information through Submissions (the contact forms) on this Website nor in emails to the Vula Medical Support Email Address. The Vula Medical Platform is the secure service through which patient information is processed.

The Vula Medical Platform, comprising the Vula Medical App and Web Portal (not this website) is the means by which Healthcare Workers communicate to get medical advice, make referrals and to coordinate appointments regarding patients. All patient information must be processed through the Vula Medical Platform by the Healthcare Worker whom they have consulted with. 

As a company, Vula Medical (Pty) Ltd and their employees are not involved directly in the delivery of healthcare services or treating patients. If you are a patient seeking medical assistance, please do not seek advice or information on the Vula Medical Website, nor submit requests for medical advice or assistance through the Vula Medical Website. You will need to see your nearest Healthcare Worker at your local Health Facility so they are able to advise on treatment and make referrals as required.

Vula Medical User Accounts

In order to utilise the Vula Medical Platform and Service for Healthcare Workers, as described on this Website, you will be required to download the Vula Medical App, register via the App, and provide Personal Information in order to complete your registration. Vula Medical User Accounts cannot be created through this Website. 

The Personal Information you provide to use via the Vula Medical App will be used to create your Vula Medical Account and to verify you as a Healthcare Worker. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Personal Information provided in order for us to verify, approve and create your Vula Medical Account. For further information on how we use your Personal Information with regards to creating and managing your Vula Medical Account, please read the Vula Medical Privacy Policy at https://www.vulamedical.com /privacy-policy.

You are also responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your Personal Information within the Vula Medical Platform and for the security of your Vula Medical Account credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your Vula Medical Account in the Vula Medical Platform.
